A loan helped to purchase cattle to increase her income from cattle breeding.

Muborak's story

Muborak is 59 years old, married, and has 5 children. Muborak has a secondary education. She knows the technology of running an agricultural business and knows how to use funds appropriately. As the main source of income for her family she has been working with livestock since 1990. Thanks to Muborak's hard work, her farm today has 4 cows, 15 sheep, and 0.53 hectares of irrigated land where she grows watermelons.

In order to further develop her farm, Muborak applied to the bank "Bai-Tushum" for a loan in the amount of 100,000 som (KGS) to buy livestock, with the goal of increasing her income from livestock breeding. Muborak plans to invest the proceeds from the loan into the further development of her farm by increasing the size of her herd and she will put some money aside for house repairs.
