Betty's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy farm inputs such as fertilizers to improve her tea farm, sell her tea to local tea processing factories and make profits to pay tuition fees for her children.

Betty's story

This is Betty, a mother with a desire to achieve and a plan to move her family ahead with the sweat from her brow. Betty is very hardworking and a go-getter. She hails from a remote village in the Kericho area of Kenya. This area has tough living conditions, and to survive you must have tough skin. Betty grows tea and also keeps dairy cows. She has gained so much experience during her years of farming.

Although Betty has been making profits through tea farming, not everything has been easy for this humble and industrious mother. Her tea farm has not been producing as much of a harvest lately due to a lack of fertilizer to improve her farm. She is humbly on her knees seeking a loan to buy farm inputs such as fertilizers to improve her tea farm. With this loan, Betty will be assured of a good tea harvest. This will translate into more profits and income. Betty wants what any mother would want for her children: a great future and to pay their tuition fees. You can support her dreams come true with a loan. Together with her hubby and children, Betty is very thankful for your warm consideration and helping hand.
