Ritha's story

Ritha is 43 years old. She is a widowed mother of 2 school-going children. She is a retailer, she owns a retail shop that sells food items such as rice, maize flour, wheat flour, sugar and soft drinks. She has been in this business for 6 years. She opens her shop from 6 in the morning and closes at 10 in the night. Her business is doing well and she earns a good profit.

This will be Ritha's 3rd loan request from Tujijenge Tanzania. With her previous loan, she added more item to her shop. She made profit that she used to cater for her family's needs. She also used profits to do loan repayment, and she repaid the loan successfully.

She is applying for this loan to start selling a few clothes in her shop such as kids clothes, women fabrics, cosmetics and add more stock of soft drinks. Her dreams is to open a hardware shop in the near future.

Ritha will be responsible for paying back the loan successfully.
