Rabi Salif's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support
A loan helped to buy 12 sheep, 20 sacks of bran, 10 boxes of insecticide, eight carts of compost and to make savings to continue to take care of his family.
Rabi Salif's story
Rabi Salif has eight children of whom four go to school. He is a market gardener, he has been growing out of season crops for over 20 years in a district on the outskirts of the town. This is his fifth loan cycle with Yikri and he repaid his first Kiva loan without difficulty. He requests a new loan to buy 12 sheep, 20 sacks of bran, 10 boxes of insecticide, and eight carts of compost to boost his production and to satisfy the demand of his full-time customers. With the profits from this loan, he plans to buy another field to expand his out of season cultures. This will permit him to make savings to continue to take care of his family. Finally, he thanks Yikri and their partners for the support that they give to non bankable entrepreneurs. Loans from Yikri enable him to make savings to provide for his family.
