Gulzhan's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy cows to increase her income from raising cattle.

Gulzhan's story

Gulzhan is 52 years old, married, and the mother of four. Gulzhan has received secondary education. She masters agricultural techniques and knows how to invest her funds to further her plan. As a main source of income for her family, Gulzhan has been raising livestock and growing farm crops since 1986. Thanks to Gulzhan’s hard work, at present she has six cows, 26 sheep, three horses and a land plot of 2.1 ha [5 acres[, where she grows clover.

In order to develop her farm further, Gulhzan has reached to the Bai Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of 200,000 som (KGS) to buy cows, with the goal of increasing her revenues from raising cattle. Gulzhan plans to invest the revenues from her loan in a further expansion of her farm as well as to build a house to live in and ensure that her children receive a quality education.
