Arame's Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy sugar, oil and rice.

Arame's Group's story

This group is made up of six women who share strong bonds of solidarity and support. They live in the same village and took the opportunity to join the "banc villageois" when it started in November 2013. The women are primarily small business owners.

Arame (standing on the far right side of the photo with her hand raised), is the group's representative. She is 62 years old. She is married and has five daughters and two sons. She sells groceries. She has experience in this business, having had it for many years.

With her new loan, she intends to replenish her stock of merchandise by buying bags of sugar, rice and oil to resell for retail prices in her village.

With the profit, she intends to increase her savings and contribute to the group loan.
