Alice's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to increase her poultry stock.

Alice's story

Alice is a hard-working woman. She has a poultry project which she has been running for two years. In addition to her poultry project, she keeps a market table where she sells betel nut.

Income from her market table is used for daily expenditures like buying food and other necessities that the family requires. Her chicken business is used as a long term investment. Half of the income from this poultry business is banked away while the other half is used to maintain the business.

When asked what her long-term goals were, she mentioned that she would like to build a house and lease it out. Thus, commencing the poultry project is one step to achieving her long-term goal.

Taking this loan will help her fix up her poultry shed and extend the shed, increasing the number of chicks she can keep. It will also be used to buy stock feed for the chicks to eat.

The healthier the chickens are, the more sales she will get.
