Los Siervos De Jesus Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more cacao.

Los Siervos De Jesus Group's story

They are members of the "Los Siervos de Jesus" group. This is a group made up of 5 women, who all put in a lot of effort into going forward and working toward more financial stability.

One of the members is Liboria; she is 51 years old, married, and has 3 children. She has worked for 32 years selling cacao, fresh cheese (in total about a kilo in weight), sweet bread, etc. All of her products are from Cajamarca; she sends for products from there or travels there from time to time to bring over merchandise. She sells these products from her home every day.

With the loan, she will invest in buying more cacao that she can then sell, so that she can continue satisfying her clients and earning more income.

She is the first person on the left side of the photo, and is wearing a pink shirt. Liboria and the other members of the group are thankful to Kiva for the loan offered, since it enables them to continue with their progress.
