Same Age Girls Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to restock fifty birds and feeds.

Same Age Girls Group's story

Isabel is a 32-year-old woman, married to a farmer who is working hard to provide for her family. She sells groceries and rears poultry. She rents a shop at a local shopping center and she restocks all her goods twice a month. For her poultry business she is keeping batches of 50 birds and along with selling to her neighbors, she is taking advantage of her shop which gives her access to passers-by and hence she has a broad market. She got her first loan which helped her restock grocery items.

She formed a group called Same Age Girls with her other three friends to form a group of four who are into groceries and the poultry business. With a noticeable improvement in her operations, she decided to apply for a second loan with her friends to facilitate further growth. She used her loan loan portion to restock fifty birds and feeds. She is hopeful that she will be able to afford a refrigerator so that in future she will be able to sell chicken cuts.
