Gulsana's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy dairy cows to increase her income from sales of organic milk.

Gulsana's story

Gulsana successfully closed her previous loan and she is grateful to Kiva and everyone who helped her with the financing.

Gulsana at this moment has 11 cows, 2 horses and 0.4 hectares farmland where she grows beans.
Gulsana has an agreement to supply with organic a local dairy factory for further processing into dairy products. This helps her continuously invest in her farming business.

She learned that in Bai-Tushum Bank she could get a loan on the security of her contract for future delivery, within the product "Chain of Value Added." She applied for a 200,000 KGS loan to buy dairy cows in order to increase her herd and milk volume for sale. Payments from the factory will be deposited directly to Gulsana’s checking account. At the same time, the loan payments will be automatically deducted from the account.

Gulsana is planning to use loan proceeds for further growth of her business by buying farmland. A part of the loan she is planning to use to finish a barn for the cattle and her house construction.
