John Lawrence's story

John Lawrence G. is from the village of Brgy. Maddiangat, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya. He is 29 years old. John Lawrence is married and has one school-aged child. To make a living, John Lawrence owns & operates a business venture in the agriculture sector, raising livestock. While not the only means for generating revenue, the main source of income for the business comes from raising pigs for fattening and for sale. John Lawrence has been engaged in his business for over 2 years and earns approximately 4000 PHP a month for these activities.

In 2009, John Lawrence joined ASKI to gain access to financial services to help improve his living situation and ability to engage in business activities. John Lawrence is requesting a loan of 15,000 PHP which will be used to purchase livestock feed & other supplies. This will be the first loan taken out by John Lawrence from ASKI. He plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to improve/expand his business.
