Akesa's story

It is all true for Akesa, an enthusiastic and hardworking woman. Being the breadwinner for her family, the 55-year-old from Naboro is still striving towards the best for her family. The silent worker has made a lot of improvements to her family. In her last loan, she weaves and sells mats to the locals. Her passion is weaving, and she seeks another loan to raise the standard of her business. She will hire and pay village women to weave with her, thus making her workload easier and faster. Akesa is not only improving her family's living standards, but is also creating employment for her fellow women, thus bringing in change through her entrepreneurship skills.

With this fresh working capital and continued hard work, Akesa hopes to increase business and have more cash to spare for her family’s wellbeing.
