Monica's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to add a large stock of Vitenge and renovate her business table to put more vegetables and cooking ingredients to sell.

Monica's story

Monica is 46 years old and a divorced mother of 3 school-going children. She is a retailer, she sells in multiple businesses such as vegetables, clothes and chickens to support her family.

She started this business back in 2007. She normally works from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and she is happy that she makes a good profit.

This will be Monica's 3rd loan request from Tujijenge Tanzania. She used her previous loans to purchase African women's fabric known as "Vitenge" and buy uniforms for her children. She earned a profit that she used to cover family needs and pay back the loan.

She is applying for this loan to add a large stock of Vitenge and renovate her business table to put more vegetables and cooking ingredients to sell. Her dream is to open a retail shop in the near future.

Monica will be responsible for paying back the loan successfully.
