Philis's story

Philis is 31 years old and married to Joseph. God has blessed them with five children. Philis is running a green grocery she has been in this business for 10 years. She now earns an average income of 12,000 KES per month.

She has applied for her second loan from Vision Fund Kenya to enable her buy more stock. She will use the loan to purchase tomatoes, omena, onions, Sukuma wiki, and cabbages which will increase her sales.

With the anticipated profits, she plans to expand her business, repay her loan on time, and pay school fees for her school-going children. In the near future she hopes to get a permanent stall for the business.
