Mbarika's Group's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy fabrics and food products to sell.

Mbarika's Group's story

This banc villageois created in June 2007 brings together this group of seven women who live in the same neighborhood; they have good relationships and solidarity. Their main business is commerce. They have repaid several loans without difficulty.

Mrs. Mbarika is the representative, standing to the right in the photo with her hand raised. She is a married mother of six: three girls and three boys who all attend school, one of whom is a police officer. Mrs. Mbarika sells fabrics and food products. She stocks up in the border countries to sell at wholesale in the city neighborhoods. She has 15 years of good experience in commerce.

With this loan, she plans to buy boxes of couscous, spaghetti, vermicelli, and 60 pieces of headscarf fabric as well as pay for the transport and taxes. She is going to sell for credit to shop owners who pay by the week. Her business is going well, as she has a lot of customers.

With the profits, she is increasing her savings at the banc villageois, ensuring her children’s education, and taking care of small needs.
