Seemaben's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to purchase more stock of earrings, bangles, rings, etc. in order to expand her business.

Seemaben's story

Seemaben is a 28-year-old married woman from a small village of Dahod District, Gujarat. She has a family of five members and a monthly household income of INR 15,000. She owns a small shop in the nearby market where she sells a variety of women's accessories such as earrings, bangles, rings, necklaces, etc. She purchases the accessories from the wholesale dealers and sells them at her shop.

She has three daughters and one of them attends the local school. The income is barely enough to cover the family and educational expenses of her daughter. She plans to purchase more stock of women's accessories in order to make more profit and increase her income.

Hence, she has applied for a loan of INR 30,000 from Prayas, one of Milaap's field partners. She and her family will be thankful to the lenders for their support.
