Tolotsana Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy an ACE 1 cook stove, saving money on fuel and gaining access to electricity for extra lighting at night and for charging mobile devices.

Tolotsana Group's story

Mathato is a 60-year-old hardworking crop farmer married to a 66 year old gentleman. Mathato also sells airtime for extra income. She lives with her grandchildren in a multi-bedroom house that has no electricity.

Mathato spends LSL 242 every month on paraffin and cooking gas. Mathato and the four other people in her village say the ACE 1 cook stove is going to help them save the money they spend on cooking fuel and mobile device charging fees every month.

She says she is going to use the money she saves every month to buy fertilizer for her crops as well as more airtime so she can make more profit.

The ACE 1 clean cook stove is biomass and solar powered. For more information on the ACE1 cook stove please visit www.africancleanenergy.com and Facebook @African Clean Energy.
