Clara Luz's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy fruits, vegetables and legumes to sell.

Clara Luz's story

Clara is a selfless mother who, alongside her husband, relentlessly work to move their children (who are now independent) ahead. Because of her 65 years of age, she cannot do other work which is why selling fruits, legumes and vegetables has become the main source of income for her humble home. In addition to that, her husband works cultivating crops and raising cattle.

She likes to have her own income and spend it independently. Her business was created with money borrowed from third parties who charged her a high interest rate. Later, she applied for a loan and was able to improve things a little by gathering the money she had borrowed. Because of this, she was able to earn a bit of profit. She wants to promote her business, which is why she is requesting the support of a loan with which she will use to acquire more varieties of fruits and vegetables to sell and continue moving forward. In the future, she has a project to prepare and sell hornado (an Ecuadorian roast pig cuisine).
