Center 109 Sikatuna Women’S Association Group's story

Betty is the President of Center 109 Sikatuna Women’s Association, which helps her as a member to earn for a living. She has been a member of NWTF for many years and she took a higher loan from it that helped a lot in establishing and make her business stable.

She is engaged in farming sugarcane and pig fattening. The members of the Association have banded together in order to earn additional income for their families while helping the community.

Betty is requesting a loan to purchase piglets, sacks of feed, vitamins and other supplies needed to raise the pigs. She hopes that people in the community can benefit from this project, not only her members, and that someday the group will be strong and will stand by its own profit, seeing that every member is very happy helping their husbands earn a living.

Betty still continues to encourage other member of NWTF to join the group to improve their living.
