“Currincho” are made in the area. This group is made up of 12 women and 1 man.

It's president is Angélica who is 37 years old. She is in a common-law relationship and from it she has three children. The oldest is independent, the ten year old goes to school and the youngest is two years old.

Angélica continues with her profession as a chef and has a small eatery. Her space is rented and is located in the city center. Here she prepares her delicious dishes working every day from 7 am until 8 pm or later. She makes traditional breakfast like carne punzadas, baked pork, baked tuna, dumplings, etc. She works with three assistants who cook and serve. She is requested to prepare foods for social occasions like weddings, baptisms, etc. and occasionally to serve the food.

With this new loan she will buy food like rice by the quintal, cheese, sausages, beef, chicken, etc. Her dream is to have her own shop and continue with her business which is what she enjoys doing.
