Kadiatu's story

Meet 48-year-old Kaidatu from Rokupr branch. She is married with three children between the ages of 11 and 25 years old, and three of them are currently attending school.

Kadiatu runs a slippers business and sells different kinds of slippers in wholesale and retail to her customers around the community. She has been in this business for the past 10 years now and works 10 hours per day. six days a week. Her other source of income is from her husband.

Kadiatu requested this loan from BRAC to purchase more slippers to increase her business. She says that the extra income from this loan will improve the life of her family. In the next five years, she wants to expand to a big one. She says thanks and appreciation to BRAC and the Kiva community for their support.
