Sahar's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to pay for her medical treatment and blood tests.

Sahar's story

Sahar is a 54-year-old Lebanese mother of two children who seeks to provide them with all their needs through running her own sewing business in addition to her work as a school bus controller. She started her sewing business 20 years ago and is using today advanced sewing machines for more developed work and more income.

She has an outstanding borrowing history with Kiva's field partner Al Majmoua where she always benefits from a loan to pay for some expenses, especially her children's education needs. She is acquiring a loan for the twelfth cycle to pay for her medical treatment and blood tests.

Sahar hopes she can continue her work with good health and wishes to run her own shop to improve her living conditions and provide her children a prosperous future.
