A loan helped to buy chickens, corn, and balanced feed.

Maria Carmela's story

María, 50 years old, is a humble, simple, responsible, and very hardworking woman. She is divorced, and her children are already independent. Thus María lives alone in a very old little house constructed of adobe. To be able to live, María works as a day laborer and engages in raising chickens to sell. She also cleans houses. In this way, she works hard to earn the income that is necessary for survival.

María has been working with loans for 5 years, and they have helped her to get ahead. On this occasion, she is requesting help to invest in the improvement of her poultry farm by buying chickens, corn, and balanced feed. With this, she aspires to improve her profitability so as to continue moving forward, living a decent and quiet life.
