Maria Rosa's story

Maria is 40 years old and lives in the municipality of Sincelejo. She’s an entrepreneur with a desire to get ahead and a fighting spirit which allow her to overcome all adversity. She is a single mother who has a little son who means the world to her since she’s very proud of him. It hasn’t been easy, but she’s a very loving and responsible mother.

She has a store, a business she started in 2013, so she has a great deal of experience. Most of her customers are close friends and relatives. She has great goals and wants to fulfill all of them. The most immediate one is to give her business a boost by injecting capital. She lives in a post-conflict town so the situation is not easy but she’s confident she will find people who believe in her dreams; therefore she is asking for a loan to buy paper goods like pencils, markers, pens, paper and many other items to sell in her store.
