Lucy's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase flip-flop stock.

Lucy's story

For the past two years, Lucy has been involved in street vendor sales. She sells footwear at the local market not too far from her home.

She sells flip-flops for children and woman in all sizes. Every day she sets up her canvas and lays out the thongs according to size. She sells these for only K5 ($2) for each pair.

At the end of the day, she usually makes about K100 ($50). Her daily takings for the day is usually used to purchase food for her family, especially dinner.

Lucy has two kids and a lovely husband who supports her with his taxi service business which he also runs on a daily basis.

Now she is seeking loan assistance to purchase more flip-flop stock. We hope her loan gets funded as per the loan request.
