Regina's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy two cows so as to increase her income from cattle breeding.

Regina's story

Regina is a 46-year old widow who is supporting three children on her own. She has received secondary education and works as a nurse in a hospital. As a source of additional income, Regina has been raising livestock since 1981. Thanks to Regina’s hard work, at present she has a good farm. She owns two cows, 20 sheep and one horse.

In order to develop her farm further Regina has reached out for a loan in the amount of 100,000 som (KGS) to buy two cows so as to increase income from livestock breeding. She plans to use the revenues from her loans to expand her agricultural business furthers and save up for building a new shed, also saving part of her revenues for her son’s wedding.
