Babygirl's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more fish, pepper, oil and other ingredients that will be used to prepare cooked food to sell.

Babygirl's story

This is 43-year-old Babygirl, a single mother with three children ranging in age from five to 12 years. All of her children are schooling and live at home.

Babygirl went to school up to 6th grade. She is a strong business woman who sells cooked food in order to earn a living. She learned how to sell from her mother.

For the past five years, Babygirl has won many customers to patronize her business. She has had no problems with her enterprise, and uses a car to transport supplies to her business site. She likes her business because it helps to support her children, and she is proud that it has empowered her life.

To maintain her business, Babygirl applied for a loan to buy more fish, pepper, oil and other ingredients that will be used to prepare cooked food to sell in order to generate funds to pay back her loan and increase her profits.

In the future, Babygirl wants to travel and build houses for her children. She wishes to thank BRAC and Kiva for this opportunity.
