Mairamkul's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support
A loan helped to buy four dairy cows to increase her livestock headcount and organic milk sales.
Mairamkul is 32, married, and has three sons. She has a secondary education and is responsible by nature. She has been raising livestock and planting crops since 2004 as the main income for her family. Thanks to Mairamkul's hard work and help from her spouse, she currently has five cows, four horses, 40 sheep, and a hectare of irrigated land where she grows beans and hay. Mairamkul has a contract to supply organic milk to a local plant where it is processed into dairy products. This allows her to continuously invest in her agricultural business. Having learned that she could take out a loan with Bai-Tushum Bank secured by her supply contract, she applied for a loan of 250,000 som (KGS) to buy four dairy cows to increase her livestock headcount and organic milk sales. Payments for the milk will be automatically transferred to her bank account and loan payments will be automatically deducted. She plans to use the earnings from the loan to invest in additional livestock and to build a barn, with part of her income being used to build a house and pay for her sons' education.
