Susan's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy animal feeds, pay for veterinary services and buy seeds plus fertilizer.

Susan's story

Susan is 59 years old and a widow. She supports four people in her family. She does dairy farming as well as crop farming and has supplied cereal for the past 25 years. She earns a monthly income of 55,000 from the business.

This is her fourth borrowing and she plans to buy animal feeds so she can have good milk yield from the dairy cows during the dry season. She has applied for a loan of KES. 100,000. With this amount she will buy animal feeds, pay for veterinary services and also buy seeds and fertilizers.

She will use the anticipated profits from the business to repay the loan, buy seeds and other farm implements plus pay school fees for her children. Her future hopes and dreams are to be financially stable from the profits in the business, and give a better life to her children
