Zulpiya's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows that will increase her cattle headcount and sales of organic milk.

Zulpiya's story

The 59-year-old Zulpiya is married, with a grown son. She has a secondary specialized education and is industrious by nature. She has been raising livestock and growing crops since 1989, and this is her family's main source of income. Thanks to Zulpiya's hard work and her son's help with the farm, it presently consists of four cows, four sheep, and a 1.59-hectare plot of land on which she grows clover.

In order to develop her farm further, Zulpiya has turned to Bai Tushum Bank for a loon of 150,000 som (KGS), with which she will buy dairy cows in order to increase her headcount and sales of organic milk. Zulpiya is planning to put the income generated by the loan into developing the farm and improving her family's living conditions, while saving a portion of it to open her own kindergarten.
