Irma is a 32-year-old woman, she is married, and has 4 children. She lives with her husband and children in the municipality of Roatán, Islas de la Bahía. For 4 years she has been working in her own business selling breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. She offers her customers seafood soups, fried chicken, roast beef, stewed chicken, pork chops, and side dishes such as rice, salad, mashed potatoes, beans, and avocado. Irma is requesting her second loan of 30,000.00 lempiras to invest in the purchase of raw materials such as: rice, maize, beans, vegetable oil, eggs, cheese, butter, cottage cheese, vegetables, condiments, lard, meats, crab, snails, and fish. This loan will help her offer more variety of meals to her customers. Her plan is to have better economic stability for her family.
