Seluvaia's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy some resources that she's using for her business and also to pay for her area in the market that she's using to sell her crafts.
Greetings from Tonga. Here's Seluvaia, she's 35 years old and married with four children. She's running her business of making tapa and handicrafts as it appears in the photograph. She applied for her loan from SPBD as her 10th loan cycle. Seluvaia is one of SPBD's successful women. Her business is located at the local market. She's selling all sorts of bracelets, necklaces and earrings. Her husband is helping her run her business. When they earn their income she uses it to help her family but her loan payment is her priority. February last year Cyclone Gita hit Tonga and destroyed Seluvaia's house. They recovered from cyclone Gita because their business helps a lot. Seluvaia is working hard in her business to archive her vision for the future which is to always provide for her family and also to educate her children to get a better future.
