Ketevan's story

Ketevan is a 32-year-old hard worker who takes care of her 5-year-old son, works as a pharmacist and also runs an agricultural activity. Ketevan harvests fruits and grapes seasonally and sells from her house locally.

She does many things in order to achieve financial stability and good living conditions for her son.

Ketevan decided to expand her business activity, as nowadays her income isn't enough for the family's ever-increasing needs.

She received the credit in the framework of joint initiative of Kiva and Credo's Startup Program that gives rural people the chance to start or restart businesses.

Ketevan would like to start up her own pharmacy, as she has very good experience of how to lead this type of business. She is confident that her endeavor will meet with a high demand. Ketevan intends to develop positive relationships with her customers and expects to attain a good profit from her new business. This startup loan offers her a good chance to earn a more stable income and improve her family's living conditions in the future.
