Ndeye Awa's Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy some sugar, milk, coffee, butter, rice, and oil.

Ndeye Awa's Group's story

This Banc Villageois was created on May 27th, 2010 and gathers a few members from the village's women development group. All these women are involved in small retail business.

Marame, the group's featured borrower, is the woman standing on the right side in the photo with her hand raised. She is married and the mother of three children, including two boys.

Marame will use her loan to buy some sugar, rice, oil, milk, and coffee for her restaurant. She will use her profits to buy a plot of land on which to build a house for her children. She also wants to provide for their education.
