Hiba's story

We are two young women in our early thirties who, on a whim, bought our first ice cream maker on Amazon last year, and went to work putting together gelato recipes based on the cultures we represent. Today, we are BlueNoon Company, and have, through trial and error, created a beautiful inventory of flavors, including Baklava, Mango Lassi, Turkish coffee, date and cardamom with sea salt, masala chai, and black seed honey, along with a few basics, like dark chocolate and vanilla. A few weeks ago, we took our idea to Union Kitchen, a food incubator based in Washington, D.C., and were accepted, which means we have the support we need in strategizing and navigating the logistics related to taking our company forward.
