Pa Khoang 64 Group's story

Ngoan, 32, is a Thai ethnic woman. Now she lives with two children at the age of 14 and 1 in a small traditional stilt house. Without support from the husband, Ngoan has many difficulties in life to cover her living expense and a son's tuition. From those difficult, her household was recognized is a poor household by Government. Ngoan does not a stable job, she has to do many agriculture activities such as growing rice, arrowroot, raising chickens to earn money.

She repaid eight loans from the Anh Chi Em program successfully. This is the ninth time that she has asked for a loan from the Anh Chi Em program and she will use the loan to purchase pigs and pig food for raising and selling. She hopes that these pigs will quickly grow up healthy to bring great profit to her. She hopes that her family will move out of poverty and have a better future.
