Dorothy's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to increase her current stock for her poultry business.

Dorothy's story

Dorothy is self-employed. She engages in an informal business to make ends meet for her family. She currently cooks food and sells it at the local market.

With the support from her food sales business, she has now ventured into a poultry- and chicken-rearing business. She decided to venture into this due to the demand in the area where she resides.

She started off with a few chickens. However, her existing customers have increasing orders each rotational period. (The poultry-rearing that she does is on a rotational basis at an interval of three weeks difference.) Hence, there is a big need to increase her stock as well.

She wishes to increase her current stock so as to meet the increasing customer demand. Therefore, she is requesting this loan to assist her with this.
