Consuelo's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy lotions, body creams, etc., and also to invest in corn and fresh cheese to prepare and sell pupusas.

Consuelo's story

Consuelo is married and currently lives with her husband. Their children are of legal age and she has relatives who live outside the country.

Consuelo has a business selling products from a catalog and also attends a pupusería. She decided to open her businesses by her own motivation. She works from Monday to Saturday in her catalog business and on Sundays she sells pupusas. An advantage of her business is that she already has a well-established customer base.

She will use the loan to buy lotions, body creams, etc. She will also invest in corn and fresh cheese to prepare and sell pupusas. She hopes with the help of this loan that she can have everything necessary to meet the demands of her clients this upcoming Christmas season, thus increasing her sales and profits. A risk is the high level of insecurity that exists in the area. Her dreams are to grow her business and improve the quality of life for her family.
