Josselin is one of the 12 women who make up the "Concepción Belen" Communal Bank. Josselin joins the group to access a Kiva loan. She also wants to benefit from the skills that are offered at the loan payment meetings. Josselin is 21 years old and lives with her parents and a younger sister. She is not married and she does not have children either. She is dedicated to collecting and selling recyclable material. Josselin's business has grown in these five years and now she needs to continue investing in her business. She applies for a loan from Kiva to buy a greater variety of recyclable items to resell at better prices.

Concepción Belén, the women of the Communal Bank, speak the Spanish language and are from the Department of Citizenship in the South Coast of Guatemala. These women live in houses built of block and sheet roof. These women want to excel and thanks to the benefits they got from their businesses, they are achieving it. They take advantage of and sell fresh tortillas, clothing, shoes, products (cleaning and groceries) brought from Mexico and recyclable material. Women are sure that thanks to credit.
