Las Principiantes Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase flour, sugar, and butter in bulk.

Las Principiantes Group's story

The communal bank Las Principiantes, as part of the Agencia Juan Pablo II, is made up of eight members who are friends and neighbors from their area. It is led by officers, of whom Cenobia is the president.

The loan that they will get will benefit the small micro-entrepreneurs of whom Cenobia is one. Currently, she has a business selling bread. She learned this business some years ago.

The loan that she will get now will be to increase her capital with the purchase of flour, sugar, and butter in bulk, which she will get from the wholesalers in the city of La Paz. Later, she will make and sell it in her sales space.

This type of work allows her to generate resources to support her family economically since she is married and has four children. Her aspiration is to have her own bakery.
