Ratidzo's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to start her own business buying and selling vegetables and fruits.

Ratidzo's story

Ratidzo is a 27-year-old entrepreneur, who lives with her three children, husband and mother-in-law in Umguza in Zimbabwe. She is requesting a Kiva loan in order to start her own business buying and selling vegetables and fruits.

Ratidzo plans to use the profit she earns to support her family and siblings. She will repay the "social interest" on her loan by volunteering 2.5 hours per week as a Camfed Learner Guide, facilitating classes through Camfed’s "My Better World" program with students at her local secondary school, thereby helping to build children’s self-esteem and motivating them to remain in school.
