A loan helped to buy bales of triple A graded clothing for women, men and children.

Andrea Katiusca's story

A few minutes from the capital, Crucita is a small fishing community. It's main source of income is small scale fishing, industry and agriculture.

Andrea is 23 years old and is in a common-law relationship. She has two children aged five and one year old from this relationship. The oldest goes to school. Her spouse is a member of the land registry company that works for the municipality of Portoviejo.

Andrea used to make a living selling from Avon, Esika, Yanbal and Azzorti catalogs. She now earns her living selling used clothing at her house. She works every day with no set hours. Her mother helps her.

With this new loan she will buy bales of triple A graded clothing for women, men and children. Her dream is to have a store to continue her sales.
