Feliciana B., 59, lives with her husband and one daughter in Apopa. Feliciana is helped by her daughter in a tortilla business, they deliver to the homes of their clients. Also, señora Feliciana sells eggs, candies, and bread for extra profit. She stands out as an honest, hard-working woman who knows how to take advantage of the opportunity to have a business, which is difficult to maintain because she must spend most of the profits on household expenses. Feliciana is requesting a loan in order to purchase corn, the raw material for her products, at the lower wholesale price. She also would like to buy other household products in order to increase her small sales volume.
