Watta's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped buy more slippers, soap, and other items to sell.

Watta's story

Watta is 41 years old, single, and lives in Liberia. She is a businesswoman and has 4 children. All of her children are presently attending school while living at home. The ages of her children are 15 through 23. Watta, herself, only attended school through 1st grade.

She sells slippers, soap, and other items. She has been selling for the past 28 years and has had no problem with her business. She learned the trade from her mother and started selling with her own savings.

She stocks up three times a month. She is requesting this loan to buy more slippers, soap, and other items to sell in order to make more profits and be able to take care of her own needs.

In the future, she would like to build a house.

She says thanks for your support.
