Tabisa's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to replenish her inventory with second-hand clothing items to offer for sale.

Tabisa's story

Tabisa, age 38, buys and sells second-hand clothing items to earn her living. This has been her main source of income for years. With the money she earns from her business, she supplements her husband's income to help support the family's everyday expenses and the children's school fees.

Tabisa is grateful for her previous Kiva loan, which enabled her to stock more clothing items to offer for sale. She used the proceeds to clear her children's school fee debt.

She has requested a new loan in the amount of 1,000,000 UGX, which she will use to replenish her inventory with second-hand clothing items so that she can raise more income. This will allow her to keep her children in school.

Tabisa is hopeful that with increased stock, she will be able to meet all her customers' needs, thereby increasing her sales and her income.

She offers her gratitude to her Kiva lenders for their continued support.
