A loan helped to buy calves to increase her income from breeding livestock.

Kalmira's story

Kalmira successfully repaid her loan and is grateful to the Kiva Fund and to all who helped her with financing. On her farm today are 4 cows, 5 sheep, a horse and 50 bee colonies. To further develop her business, Kalmira is again turning to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 135,000 som (KGS) to buy calves to increase her income from breeding livestock. With the income from the loan, Kalmira plans to invest in the further development of her farm by purchasing livestock and use a part to improve the living conditions of her family.
