Joleta's story

Joleta is 32 years old and single with four children. With two children still in school, Joleta works very hard to provide for them. She runs a general store in the Philippines and has been in this business for years. She sells a variety of items.

Joleta has requested a loan of 20,000 Philippine pesos through Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation. She will use the loan to purchase canned goods, personal-care products and other items to sell in her store.

Joleta would like to build and expand her business to secure the future of her family.
