Zamira's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to purchase three dairy cows to increase the number of cattle and organic milk sales.

Zamira's story

Zamira is 31 years old, married, and has a son and 2 daughters. Zamira has a secondary education. In character, she is responsible, hard working and purposeful. Animal breeding and field crops have been the main source of income for her family since 2008.

Thanks to Zamira’s hard work, today her farm has 12 cows, 2 horses and a land share of 0.3 hectares of land on which she grows potatoes. Zamira has an agreement to provide organic milk to a local factory for further processing into dairy products. This allows her to continuously invest in her agricultural business.

Having learned that she can get a loan from Bai-Tushum Bank to secure her contract for future milk deliveries, as part of the value chain product, she applied for a loan in the amount of 150,000 soms (KGS) for the purchase of three dairy cows to increase her livestock and
sales volumes of milk.

Payments for milk from the factory will be directly transferred to Zamira's bank account, and loan payments will automatically be deducted. Zamira plans to use the proceeds from the loan to further develop her farm, to save for the purchase of a plot of land, and to build houses for her children.
