Monou-Ire Group's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to pay for sheep to resell to take care of her family.

Monou-Ire Group's story

Fatouma is the lady with her hand raised in the photo. She is Malian, 38 years old, married, and the mother of four children, of whom two are in school. Her husband is a farmer.

For seven years, Fatouma has been raising sheep. She turns to RMCR loans to increase her sales, purchases many sheep, and trade at the fairs in town. With the profits, she manages to help her family by covering her children’s expenses and food.

She is often confronted with instances of slow sales and is taking up the challenge with a retailer in town. For the days to come, she would like to have a bigger loan and purchase more sheep. She could then have a lot in profit and buy a 3-wheeled motorbike for the family. The family could then establish another revenue-generating business.
