Lusa's story

Lusa is a 46-year-old widow woman with 6 children. She runs a business of selling taro and banana in her community to earn a living. She comes from a family which no ones works to earn a living, but only her business will help her family needs. She has 4 years of experience with this business. She became a member of SPBD in 2016 to seek finance for her business.

Lusa works very hard to please her customers with her fresh taro and banana. She has even delivered her products to the flea market by using the bus for transportation.

She thought she would earn more income if she planted more bananas and taro, but in order to do this, Lusa needs a loan to buy taro root (seedlings), banana tubes (seedlings), chemicals, a backpack sprayer, and a chainsaw, to help her run the business,

Her dream is that one day, her family will have a great living standard.

Lusa realized that your support will be a big help for her and her family to develop through financing.
